In their last game of the season, the Blues hosted the Houston Dash. The match ended in a 1-1 tie. I can't believe my first NWSL season is in the books, and I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to follow this team's journey this year. Can't wait for opening day 2018.

FCKC vs Orlando Pride II
FC Kansas City's three-game win streak was snapped Saturday by Alex Morgan and the Orlando Pride. A rare dry afternoon brought lots of fans to the complex and made for a great atmosphere during the first Lifetime TV broadcast of the season.
FCKC vs Portland Thorns
The Blues won their third straight match, taking down the Portland Thorns 2-1 at home on Wednesday. There was a two-hour rain delay before the match, but the stormy colors and subsequent victory made it worth the wait.
FCKC vs Seattle Reign
This weekend FC Kansas City hosted the Seattle Reign. The match ended in a 2-2 draw, but there was a lot of action (and lightning) that took place in the 90+ minutes on the pitch.
FCKC vs Washington Spirit
This weekend FC Kansas City hosted the Washington Spirit and young soccer phenom Mallory Pugh made her very first NWSL start. It was very cool to witness some soccer history at Swope Soccer Village. A summer storm before the game led to some beautiful and stange weather at the end of the match and despite Pugh's great debut, the Blues were able to defeat the Spirit 3-2.
