2022 MLB Season Favorites

That’s a wrap! I covered 51 games this season and while it was a bit of a struggle during some long homestands to find ways to be creative, I’m really proud of the work I was able to make this year. Thanks a million to MLB for having me back for another season, and to the Royals for allowing me to work alongside your incredibly talented creative team again. Gonna take some time this offseason to refresh and will hopefully be back in 2023 ready to make some more baseball frames.

Big Slick Softball Tournament

One of the most fun days at the ballpark each year is the Big Slick Softball Tournament. A group of local celebs (Paul Rudd, Jason Sudeikis, Eric Stonestreet, Rob Riggle, and David Koechner) bring in a bunch of their famous pals to play a game and raise money for Children’s Mercy Hospital. Among this year’s guests, we had Dr. Winston Ndugu (KC local Anthony Hill), Dawson Leery (James Van Der Beek), and the Hot Ones host extraordinaire (Sean Evans). A freakin’ blast.
